Campo Felice spurs riverfront development
Campo Felice was recently featured on the front page of the NewsPress. The article highlights our Campo Felice retirement building and the development along the riverfront in downtown Fort Myers.
There has been some recent interest downtown due to Campo Felice being built and standing out to people. A few of those people have already placed their deposits to become a resident at the luxury living complex. The beautiful views of the river as well as the city have spiked interest in potential residents wanting to be apart of the retirement building, which finishes construction early 2017. It’s been 20 years since Fort Myers has had an independent living project, and in this area a new building was much needed and wanted.
Residents will have someone take care of their cooking, cleaning and social activity plans. To go along with that there will be breakfast and lunch or dinner included in their rent. They will have access to a pool and spa, a movie theatre, dining options, and a fitness facility, all for them to use on their own time. It’s no wonder why Campo Felice has been a popular interest lately, residents look forward to the project being complete and ready to enjoy their stay starting in 2017.
