EB-5 Project has a minimum of $500,000 capital.

Prima Luce EB5

Under the management of the American Liberty Regional Center, Prima Luce EB-5 Investors will finance MacFarlane Grand Properties, a development company that will develop the Prima Luce on the Waterfront property.

Prima Luce will be a new two-tower 22-story, private, secure water-front residential condominium high-rise community located in the historic “River District” of downtown Fort Myers Florida. Its premier location on First Street, along the shores of the beautiful Caloosahatchee River, offers breathtaking water-front panoramic views and superb amenities including a contemporary-transitional architectural design. The property will be developed by Prima Luce, LLC.

The Project is located in the Historic River District of Downtown Fort Myers, Florida, which is situated along the banks of the Caloosahatchee River, offering its residents easy access to local resources and attractions. The Project’s location in Fort Myers, Florida, places it on the west coast of Southern Florida about 100 miles south of Tampa and 115 miles northwest of Miami. Southwest Florida International Airport is located on the southeast side of Fort Myers. Located in Lee County, Fort Myers is the third fastest growing metro area in the United States. It’s also a very popular vacation destination and the #1 U.S. destination to move to as reported by MSN.com

The Project is located in a TEA and is supported by a letter from the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity dated April 19, 2017. TEA designation allows immigrant investors to invest in the EB-5 Project with a minimum of $500,000 of at-risk capital as opposed to a minimum of $1 Million of at-risk capital.

Through the EB-5 Program, Prima Luce EB-5 Fund LLC can raise up to $25 Million in capital from immigrant investors to fund the construction of the Prima Luce EB-5 Project. The EB-5 capital raised will be contributed by 50 immigrant investors. The project is expected to create 1,313 permanent jobs that are a result of this development. To meet the EB-5 capital raise of $25 Million, each investor will have the benefit of 26 jobs, which is more than twice the requirement of 10 jobs per investor (minimum job requirement of 500).
